Whats your yoga style? My flows are uplifting and energetic with a touch of power. I want my students to feel like coming home… have a happy practice and leave with a smile!

About me: My yoga practice dates back to 2009 right here in Luxembourg. Among several yoga styles I tried, Vinyasa Flow quickly got my attention. The flow and the challenging asanas make me feel lively and make me feel who I am. Once I'm on the mat, I am focused. I believe the practice comes easy in a way that you find the joy within. Knowing that it's a journey, not a destination, the practice becomes easy and fun.

I call myself ‘half European,‘ because I’ve lived in Europe longer than my birth place: Hong Kong. Before I moved and settled down here, I lived in London and Amsterdam for about 8 years. I am not good at any languages but I am good at other things… I am a good yoga teacher trained by YL :) I am a self-taught hairdresser and good enough to serve my own family. I’ve cut my kids hair ever since they were born and still do! During the pandemic I developed 2 hobbies, portraiture with pencil and acrylic painting. These new hobbies bring me into my own little world when I am not teaching or practicing yoga.

Favorite destination: Anywhere with my three kids... it’s just fantastic being with them (and sometimes they can be annoying too haha!).

Why I love yoga: It brings balance in my life. It feels good being a teacher as well as a student.
