My teaching style: In my classes, we approach movement and the practice of yoga holistically as a way to reconnect with our individuality and access our own personal wisdom and potential. To do this, we move away from repetitive movement patterns into a practice that allows for a deep inner self-exploration rather than to push ourselves into preconditioned ideas of how we should move and how our body should look. We focus on experiencing movement from the inside out, allowing you to develop an awareness of your own body and physiology in order to deepen your understanding of life and yourself as a living organism that wants to express itself and thrive.

Having evolved over thousands of years, our body has an innate and profound intelligence that by far exceeds that of the mind. We can (re-) learn to tap into this intelligent power and (re-) activate our body’s self-healing system, so that we can move through life with grace, expressing our true potential

About me: As a Positive Psychologist and licensed Mindfulness teacher, I am passionate about the science of well-being & resilience, and especially about helping people to discover and express their true selves and their full potential. Yoga and somatic movement play a key role in this journey of uncovering one’s uniqueness: our body tells our own story and by getting to know our body, we can discover our own potential. With every yoga practice, we create more space in our body, more space in our mind, more space in our heart and more space in our life to find the courage to be who we really are. Personally, I have been on this journey since my teens and I am absolutely fascinated by our human potential – so much so, that I made it my job.
