Whats your yoga style? Encouraging, inclusive, gentle and calming. I wish for everyone to feel warmly welcome and the soundbath offers a beautiful experience for all levels.

About me: I am originally Czech, Luxembourg became my second home after I started working for the European Court of Justice. Yoga naturally found a way into my life as it turned out to be a fun way to exercise and feel good. I developed a deeper interest in meditation, dived into the yogic philosophy and felt inspired to do training to become a certified yin yoga teacher and a soundbath facilitator.

Most memorable yoga experience: The singing bowls training in the Himalayas with Gerrit Nitsche.

Where you’ll find me when I am not at yogaloft:  Hiking with my husband, children and friends. It is so fortunate that Luxembourg has so many beautiful trails.

Soundtrack of my life: Foo Fighters and ocean waves. Mountains and silence. 

Favorite Destination: South Moravia, my home sweet home.
