Whats your yoga style? I mostly teach Hatha and gentle yoga classes, but I am also certified in Yin yoga. I believe in not taking myself too seriously, so my teaching style is very personal and quirky. I like connecting with my students and will crack the occasional joke during class. I also believe that yoga and life is about being joyful and continuously learning new things about yourself and the world, so I always encourage that we learn together, and from one another, in class to be happy.

About me: I am a former literature and cultural studies student so if you were to guess that I might be a romantic at heart you would be correct. I love star and moon gazing, I love people watching, cozying up with a good book or going for walks in nature. Accordingly, I like teaching my classes with a guiding mantra that will take my students (and myself) out of every day life and into the bigger picture. I completed my Hatha training in 2020 and my Yin training in 2021 at House of Yoga.

Most memorable yoga experience: My 200hr yoga teacher training. This journey has had such a transformative impact on my life; it unlocked a whole new side of myself, a potential I hadn't yet discovered, and awareness and confidence in my own Self that was previously hidden away.

Favorite ice cream flavor: Lavender and mint chocolate chip. They always take me back to a specific moment in time, just like Proust's madelaine.

If you could live in a TV Series, which one would it be? 100%, no doubt about it: Gilmore Girls
