What’s your yoga style? My teaching blends vinyasa flow and Jivamukti yoga into strong and breath- centered classes. I offer dynamic and fluid practices that are physically intense and intentionally paced but that keep breath at the core of each class by guiding movement with awareness, focus and presence.
About me: I began practicing yoga in 2014, more or less at the start of my working life. What began as a physical practice motivated by the search of balance in my day-to-day life quickly transformed into a steady anchor, bringing stability, clarity and intention into my life. Over time, yoga has grown into a cornerstone of my life by being at the same time a personal refuge, a community and a lifelong path of learning. I believe that yoga is not something to be mastered but a continuous journey that evolves with us, on and off the mat.
Where you’ll find me when I’m not at yogaloft: Any of the coffeeshops around the yogaloft. studios, I love catching up with friends before or after class as it combines what I like most : coffee/matcha and yoga people.
Favorite Yoga Pose: I have always been told that a yogi should not have a favorite pose as the poses we dislike the most are the ones that we need the most. However (do as I say not as I do), I definitely have a preference for wheel and backbends/heart openers in general as it gives me the feeling of being able to breath for the first time.
